\r\nEligibility\r\n\r\n\r\n\t- Master's program students in the International College of Semiconductor Technology, National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University.
\r\n\t- Students who have found a supervisor from Institute of Science Tokyo in Japan to be their advisor.
\r\n\t- Japanese language proficiency is not required; Science Tokyo offers courses taught in Japanese for students to take if interested.

\r\nCredit Transfer
\r\nCredits earned at Science Tokyo must be submitted for approval through the application of Inter-University Course Registration process and must be reviewed and approved by ICST, the Registration Division, and the Curriculum Division before they can be counted toward graduation requirements. The transfer of NYCU credits to Science Tokyo will be handled in accordance with Science Tokyo's regulations.

\r\nTuition/Scholarship at Science Tokyo\r\n\r\n\r\n\t- Tuition:
\r\n\tIncludes an admission fee (入學料) and tuition fee (授業料). Students can apply for a tuition fee waiver at Science Tokyo every March. (For detailed application dates, please refer to Science Tokyo's official announcements.) \r\n\t- Scholarship:
\r\n\tStudents can apply for a scholarship when submitting their admission application at Science Tokyo. Eligible students will receive a monthly stipend. (For detailed application information and scholarship amounts, please refer to Science Tokyo's official announcements.) \r\n

\r\nExamination\r\n\r\n\r\n\t- Scholastic ability test in three out of four areas (electronic circuits, engineering mathematics, electromagnetics and quantum physics)
