陽明交通大學國際半導體產業學院&比利時微電子研究中心及魯汶大學雙聯博士學位
The Joint Supervision of Doctorate Diplomas between International College of Semiconductor Technology of NYCU and KU Leuven, IMEC in Belgium
The International college of Semiconductor Technology of NYCU has a dual Ph.D. degree program with IMAC and KU Leuven in Belgium. In this dual degree, the student should spend minimum 3 years at KU Leuven and minimum 1 year at NYCU.
以奈米電子及數位科技聞名的imec公司和世界知名頂尖大學天主教魯汶大學，與國立陽明交通大學國際半導體產業學院合作雙聯學位課程。雙聯學位修業規章中，學生將在KU Leuven研讀3年，在陽明交大至少須研讀一年。
Duration就讀期間
Minimum 3 years at imec & KU Leuven 在imec & KU Leuven至少就讀3年
Minimum 1 year at ICST, NYCU 在陽明交大至少就讀1年
Admission requirements入學資格
(A) Ph.D. applicant with M.S. degree 申請博士者須已具有碩士學歷：
- Master degree with average grade above 80%
具有碩士學歷及平均高於80分
- English language requirement:
TOEFL:90 (with no subscore under 22) or IELTS: 7 (with no subscore under 6.5). (GRE is not required.)
英語門檻:托福90分(單項不得低於22分)或雅思7分(單項不得低於6.5).(GRE為非必要門檻)
(B) Ph.D. applicant without M.S. degree 無碩士學歷之逕博生：
KU Leuven requiresthe M.S. degree to enroll the Ph.D. program. Therefore, students are required to follow 30 credits in the first two years in KU Leuven and the minimum grade average is higher than 70% (distinction) and Grade Point Average (GPA) is higher than 75%.
魯汶大學要求均要有碩士學歷才可攻讀博士，因此無碩士學歷之逕博生需於在魯汶大學前兩年需修習專業領域相關30學分，且其成績高於全班70% (distinction) 及GPA 超過75%。
